Commercial License
My journals, planners, calendars, stickers, and digital products come with PLR/Commercial Use also known as Editable & Brandable use – this means that you can repurpose, edit the products with your own creative design elements, graphics, branding information – URL, logo, colors, etc. to create your own customized version of a product. This is the version that you MAY sell or give away.
You MAY NOT sell or give away any part of the original or source files. You MAY NOT sell the stickers separately, or as a sticker pack. You MAY NOT pass on Commercial License Rights with any of my products. *Unless stated otherwise. See Below.
This includes passing on any type of PLR/MRR/Resell Rights or any other type of business license.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH PRODUCT CONTENT
You MAY create an unlimited number of products for your own personal use. You MAY create an unlimited number of products to sell as a PDF version (printable) on your Etsy, Amazon KDP, or Shopify Store, and on your own website – applies to the new and repurposed products YOU have created. YOU MAY only sell these products with personal use rights or as a PDF printable.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO WITH MY PRODUCT CONTENT
You MAY NOT sell or give away any of the source file(s), documents such as Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher, Word Documents/Templates, and/or Powerpoint Slides.
You MAY NOT sell these products on sites such as Creative Fabrica, Design Bundles, Envanto, Design Cuts, etc.
You MAY NOT sell any of my products as a Gig, on Auction Houses, on Fiverr, or any similar type of internet site.
You MAY NOT use my name or website in connection with your products. The files DO NOT come with MRR (Master Resell Rights), PLR (Private Label Rights), or any other type of resell rights of any kind.
You MAY NOT give your customers any type of COMMERCIAL LICENSE/USE or RESELL RIGHTS with our products – they are for personal use only.
*I do create PLR products that ALLOW you to use the Affinity Designer and Affinity Publisher source file(s) template to make PLR products. You can create new products using the source file(s) and MAY SELL as PLR. You MAY NOT sell nor give away the original/source file. Those are for your personal usage.
The product(s) sales page will state if you can use Source files(s) to create PLR products.
You CAN NOT use your own affiliate link to make purchases from my shop.
Affinity Monthly Membership Usage Rights
What you CAN and CAN NOT do as a subscriber to the monthly (AFPUB) Affinity Templates.
You CAN edit and add your branding to the templates in the AFPUB source file.
You CAN NOT sell nor give away the original AFPUB source files. These are for your personal usage to create products.
You CANNOT offer or start a membership using the original AFPUB templates. These templates have been created by me, and are my intellectual property. You CAN edit the original templates and offer them as a membership, ONLY AFTER the templates have been edited and they DO NOT resemble the original AFPUB templates.
To sell products with PLR/Commercial Use you have to edit the templates. You CAN NOT sell the original templates as PLR/Commerical Use. Again, I created the templates and they are my intellectual property.
If your customers or clients would like access to the original source files with the editable documents/templates, please send them to Beautiful Planners and Journals.

This will allow you to promote my products, make some money, and your clients can purchase the editable rights to the files. I pay commission every Friday to those who have earned commissions. Commission of 50% for products, and 25% for courses, monthly subscriptions, and workshops paid to you via Paypal.
